ETNIX Exchange and Returns Policy:

In the event that you need to return or exchange an Etnix product, please contact Fest Head Depot first at festheaddepot@gmail.com and we will assist with making the proper arrangements.

All returns must be returned to the address below:

We at Etnix would like you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item we will gladly replace it.

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or color if they are available. If a model, size or color is unavailable a gift-card will be issued instead.
We offer an exchange, or gift-card, on all garments returned within 28 days.
You must return items with proof of postage within 2 weeks of receiving them.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, a gift card can be issued for future purchase providing they are returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.
To return an item, please enclose the order reference number or invoice within the parcel being returned.
We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. Etnix is not responsible for any items not received or lost.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.


In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred and a refund for the items can be arranged. We will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by our Team and confirmed as faulty.
